What is processed?
Card nicknames, issuer names, optional last four digits, statement settings, manual purchases, budgets and goals sync with your account. We do not collect full card numbers, CVV, PIN or bank passwords.

What stays on your device?
Receipt photos are processed only during recognition. OCR runs on-device; images are not uploaded. Local records are stored with SwiftData.
Account and service providers
Firebase Auth handles identity, Firebase Messaging handles permitted notifications and Crashlytics provides crash diagnostics. Apple purchases are verified by the backend; RevenueCat provides purchase reporting. Linking an email account is optional.
Retention and control
Export JSON or CSV, or delete your account and records in Settings. Deletion removes cloud records and your Firebase account; deletion from purchase reporting is retried as a background task. Previously exported files remain under your control.
Contact and requests
Use the support channel for privacy access, correction or deletion requests. Final retention periods and operator identity must be confirmed by the operator before publication.
